As a seasoned Licensed Mental Health Counselor, former Parenting Coordinator, and Integrative Health provider, I've offered individual, couples and family counseling in SWFL since 1998. I help couples to resolve trauma, reduce high conflict in relationships and prevent the spiral that often leads to divorce with an integrative approach to counseling. Additionally, I assist couples with effective coparenting plans, improving family communication strategies and processing grief, trauma and adjustment to changes within the family as a result of marital separation and divorce.
